easyJet Switzerland Pilots Association is the official union of easyJet Switzerland Pilots. Since its founding ESPA represents the interests of its members and acts between the company and its pilot community.
ESPA is connected to a network allowing to be represented on a national and international level. In Switzerland we are member of SwissALPA, the umbrella association of pilot unions.
In addition ESPA is a member of SGB / USS. Via SwissALPA we are member of ECA and IFALPA.
Via ePG (easyJet Pilots Group) ESPA is connected to other easyJet unions.
ESPA’s aims are as follows:
Safeguarding and defending the general interests of the pilots employed by easyJet Switzerland SA.
Contributing to an orderly, efficient and safe flight operation within easyJet Switzerland SA.
Preserving and improving the working conditions and benefits of the pilots employed by easyJet Switzerland SA.
Establishing and maintaining of collaborative relationships both with associations representing other employees of easyJet Switzerland SA and with other airlines’ pilot associations.
Representing and supporting its members in matters of unionized actions, working law disputes and unemployment assistance.
